Construction Conditions
Measure temperature and humidity with a thermo-hygrometer. The ideal temperature for both indoor air and floor surface is 15°C. Construction is not permitted when the temperature is below 5°C or above 30°C. The relative air humidity shall be kept between 20% and 75%.

Test the moisture content of the substrate with a moisture meter. The substrate moisture content must be less than 3%.

The compressive strength of the substrate shall not be lower than C20 concrete. If not, apply suitable self-levelling compound to reinforce the base.
The surface hardness of the substrate, tested by a hardness tester, shall be no less than 1.2 MPa.

Check surface flatness: the height deviation over a 2-meter straightedge shall be less than 2 mm. Rectify uneven surfaces with qualified self-levelling compound prior to flooring installation.

Standard Roll Packaging
Uses environmentally friendly paper tubes for complete roll packaging, facilitating storage and transportation, reducing waste, and suitable for batch construction needs. Custom lengths can also be provided according to order requirements.
* Either manual welding guns or automatic welding equipment can be used for joint welding.
* Set the welding gun temperature to approximately 350°C.
* Push the welding rod evenly into the pre-cut groove at a proper welding speed to ensure full melting of the rod.
* While the welding rod is semi-cooled, trim off the excess protruding part above the floor surface with a rod trimmer or crescent cutter.
* After the welding rod cools completely, remove the remaining protrusions using a rod trimmer or crescent cutter.

Directions for Use
* Select the suitable adhesive and trowel for the flooring.
* When installing sheet flooring, fold back one end of the sheet. Clean the floor base and the back of the sheet thoroughly, then apply adhesive onto the floor.
* For tile flooring installation, lift the tiles from the center outwards. Likewise, clean the floor and tile surfaces before applying adhesive and laying the tiles.
* Construction specifications differ for various adhesives. Please follow the official product instructions during installation.
