  • The installation area is inspected to assess subfloor condition, moisture levels, and project requirements. Tests such as calcium chloride or relative humidity testing may be conducted to determine suitability for ESD flooring and to assess the required grounding performance.

Subfloor Preparation

  • The concrete surface is mechanically prepared through grinding, shot blasting, or other methods to remove contaminants and ensure a clean, stable bonding base. Proper preparation helps with long-term adhesion and ESD performance.

Flooring Installation & ESD Testing

For Daily Cleaning

  • A floor scrubber fitted with soft, non-abrasive pads operating at low speed would be great. After scrubbing, always rinse thoroughly with clean cold water to remove any detergent residue. Newly installed ESD flooring should be left for at least 4–5 days to allow the adhesive to cure before wet maintenance.
