Qingdao Xinkailin Environmental Materials Co., Ltd. , a subsidiary of Linyi Xinkailin Environmental Materials Co., Ltd., was established in 2019. We are a professional flooring manufacturer combining R&D, production, and sales, specializing in homogeneous vinyl, rubber, anti-static, dance, woven-texture, rubber-plastic flooring, and floor mats.
With a total investment of RMB 500 million, our facility is equipped with multiple industry-leading production lines-including 4 for homogeneous vinyl flooring, 1 for rubber flooring, 1 for rubber-plastic flooring, 1 for solid-color dance flooring, and 7 for floor mats-along with 2 dedicated R&D laboratories.
Using superior equipment and materials, we offer over 30 product series, 500+ patterns, and a standing inventory of 2 million m², enabling efficient fulfillment of large orders. Through ongoing innovation and R&D, we deliver precise, tailored solutions to meet each client's unique needs.

Manufacturing
Our factory spans 60,000 m² and has over a dozen production lines, producing a range of flooring, including plastic, rubber, and PVC mats. Last year, we produced 10.5 million m² of homogeneous flooring, 600,000 m² of anti-static flooring, 150,000 m² of dance flooring, and 1.6 million m² of PVC mats. Rubber flooring production is projected at 60,000 m² this year. This robust capacity allows us to handle large orders, maintain consistent quality, and respond quickly to custom requirements.
Quality
From raw materials to finished flooring, we apply strict quality control at every stage. Our homogeneous vinyl flooring is made from virgin PVC and natural mineral fillers for safe and stable performance. During production, we monitor formulation, process control, and dimensional accuracy to ensure consistent quality. Finished products are tested for durability, chemical safety, wear resistance, elasticity, and anti-static performance, helping them meet international standards and deliver reliable long-term use.
Sustainability
Our homogeneous flooring is crafted from virgin PVC and natural mineral fillers, ensuring both safety and environmental responsibility. It uses phthalate-free plasticizers and has been tested under EU SGS standards, with formaldehyde levels certified at zero, fully meeting stringent requirements for children's products. With its recyclable design, the flooring reduces resource consumption and minimizes environmental impact, supporting more sustainable building practices.
